1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Konnnekt (“Konnnekt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of konnnekt.com, its subdomains, APIs, mobile web applications, and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”).

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent. By registering, creating a profile, claiming a handle, publishing a deal/RFQ, or subscribing to Executive Pro, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria.

2. Account Registration, Handles & Security

When registering on Konnnekt, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Handle Ownership: User handles (e.g., konnnekt.com/username) and company slugs are licensed, not sold. Konnnekt reserves the right to reclaim, reassign, or rename handles that violate trademarks, impersonate third parties, or remain dormant.
• Security Obligations: You must immediately notify Konnnekt of any unauthorized access, breach of security, or suspected compromise of your account.
• Identity Verification: Konnnekt may offer verification badges (e.g. verified executive badge). Verification confirms specific credential checks at the time of review but does not guarantee the financial solvency, integrity, or delivery capability of any party.

3. Platform Services & User Conduct

Konnnekt provides an ecosystem enabling professionals and businesses to:

All users must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Spam, automated unauthorized scraping, deceptive deal listings, hate speech, and harassment are strictly prohibited.

4. Executive Pro & Commercial Subscriptions

Konnnekt offers paid premium tiers including Executive Pro, featuring enhanced analytics, verified status, high-priority deal distribution, and advanced custom card branding.

• Billing & Renewals: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via authorized payment gateways (including PayPal / Stripe). Your subscription will automatically renew until explicitly cancelled in your account settings.
• Price Modifications: We reserve the right to modify pricing tiers upon providing at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.
• Refund Policy: Except where required by applicable consumer law, subscription fees and one-off marketplace listing fees are non-refundable once processed.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via Billing Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all text, company logos, product media, trade certificates, and descriptions you upload to Konnnekt (“User Content”).

License to Konnnekt: By submitting User Content, you grant Konnnekt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, distribute, and index your content across the Platform to provide networking, search indexing, and feed recommendation features.

Konnnekt IP: The Konnnekt brand, logo, digital card UI/UX design, recommendation algorithms, codebase, and website aesthetics are the proprietary intellectual property of Konnnekt and protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

6. Limitation of Liability & Trade Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KONNNEKT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED) AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, DEAL COLLAPSE, OR DATA LOSS.

7. Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account or wipe your local data at any time through the platform settings or reset utilities. Konnnekt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or compromise platform integrity without prior notice.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith informal negotiation, and if unresolved within 30 days, submitted to binding arbitration.
